TECHVERSE TERMS OF SERVICE

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THESE TECHVERSE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE “TERMS” OR “AGREEMENT”). THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

1. LICENSE AND ACCOUNT 
1.1 Governing Agreement 
These Terms govern your access to and use of Techverse Holdings Limited and its affiliates’ (“Techverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) mobile games, game clients, online services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). Your use is also subject to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy, both incorporated by reference. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.

1.2 Privacy 
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing the Services, you consent to our data collection and use as described therein, including for fraud prevention and security.

1.3 Updates 
We may update these Terms or the Services at any time with in-game notice. You must accept changes to continue use. If you disagree, stop using the Services immediately.

1.4 Limited License 
Subject to your ongoing compliance, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not use the Services for any other purpose.

1.5 Eligibility and Account Rules 
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Users aged 13–17 represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. You may not: (i) create more than one account; (ii) use false identity or another person’s information; (iii) share your account or login credentials; (iv) transfer, sell, or trade your account or any virtual items; or (v) access the Services if previously banned by us. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

1.6 License Limitations and Prohibited Conduct 
Any violation automatically revokes your license and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. You agree not to: 

  1. Use cheats, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software; 
  2. Modify game files, interfere with servers, or disrupt other players’ experience; 
  3. Post or transmit abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; 
  4. Engage in harassment, spam, or commercial activity (including power-leveling or real-money trading); 
  5. Attempt unauthorized access or overload our systems; 
  6. Violate any applicable law or create multiple accounts. 

1.7 Ownership 
All content, virtual items, currency, and features in the Services are owned or licensed by Techverse. You have no ownership rights in your account or any virtual enhancements. Virtual items have no monetary value and may not be transferred or redeemed for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

1.8 Suspension and Termination 
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses end and you forfeit any unused virtual items or balances.

2. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PAYMENTS 
You may purchase virtual enhancements or other in-game items (“Virtual Items”). All purchases are non-refundable. Techverse may change pricing at any time. You are responsible for all fees and taxes. We do not recognize or permit any real-world sales, trades, or transfers of accounts or Virtual Items.

3. SERVICE UPDATES AND DISCLAIMERS 
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techverse and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Techverse harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 
4.1 Governing Law 
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. 

4.2 Informal Resolution and Arbitration 
Any dispute must first be submitted in writing to our customer support for informal resolution (90 days). If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Mediation Procedures. If mediation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall proceed to binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in California. The arbitrator’s decision is final. 

4.3 Class Action Waiver 
You and Techverse agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. 

4.4 Improper Claims 
Any claim filed before completing the above process shall be dismissed.

5. GENERAL 

  1. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. 
  2. Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not. 
  3. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement. 
  4. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. 
  5. Contact: Legal notices should be sent to legal@techversehk.net, care of our registered agent in the United States (or via in-app support for other matters). 
  6. Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
